Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We fulfill orders from the United States to ensure high-quality storage products reach our customers in New Zealand efficiently.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to New Zealand is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. No handling or delivery fees apply.

Tax Information (New Zealand GST & Duties)

  • Import Duties & GST: Since we ship internationally from the United States to New Zealand, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including New Zealand GST of 15%) once a shipment reaches your destination.
  • Customer Responsibility: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting the New Zealand Customs Service for more information regarding current import thresholds.
